Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may result in temporary service interruptions.

13. Fees, Billing, and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in an applicable order form. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated. Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in these Terms.
